Airline and Aircraft Tamper Evident Solutions
Aircraft turnarounds are fast, heavily regulated and carried out by many different teams. Tamper evidence gives cabin crew and ground staff a way to confirm at a glance that a door, trolley, kit or bag has not been opened since it was last checked.
Used on catering trolleys, emergency equipment, cabin stowages, aircraft doors, duty free bags and pallet loads, where checks have to be completed in minutes and recorded reliably.

The problem
Where airline operations need visible verification
01
Fast turnarounds
Minimal time to physically inspect every stowage, trolley and kit.
02
Many handling parties
Catering, cleaning, ground handling and crew all accessing the same aircraft.
03
Emergency equipment
Life vests and safety kits that must be present, correct and unopened.
04
Catering and bar stock
Trolleys and carts moving through several sites between loads.
05
Duty free and retail
Sealed bags that must remain closed through transfer and at destination.
06
Record keeping
Checks that need to be logged consistently across fleets and stations.
How it works
How the check works in practice
Seals are separating constructions. Removing or lifting one exposes a permanent VOID message, so an intact seal confirms nothing has been opened since it was applied and a voided one triggers your procedure. They make interference visible and support the check; they are not a lock and they do not replace your security programme.
01
Sealed after the check
Applied once the trolley, stowage or door has been checked and closed.
02
Numbered for the record
Sequential numbering or barcodes let crew log the seal against the flight or station.
03
Verified in seconds
Read the number, confirm the seal is intact, move on.

Key applications
Airline and aircraft security applications
Cabin, catering and safety-equipment seals used across aircraft turnaround checks.

Aircraft Cabin Door Labels
Seals applied to cabin and hold doors so a turnaround check can see whether access happened.
View solution →
Airline Trolley Labels
Numbered seals on catering and bar trolleys so stock discrepancies can be traced to a leg.
View solution →
Life Vest Seals
A seal that shows whether safety equipment has been disturbed since the last inspection.
View solution →
Non-residue labels
Where seals are applied to reusable aircraft assets and must release cleanly.

If your pack, surface or operation is not covered here, send us the pack and the problem and we will specify it.
Put it through the Security Lab →Products typically specified
What airline operations usually specify
Numbered seals
Custom numbered labels for trolleys, stowages and equipment records.
Duty free bag tape
Duty free bag tape for sealed retail bags through transfer.
Pallet and ULD loads
Pallet secure tape for cargo and catering unit loads.
Carton and case tape
Standard tamper evident tape for supply and spares shipments.
Label range
Tamper evident label range for the full set of constructions and finishes.
Specifying it properly
What we need to know to get it right first time
Surface and removal requirement
Painted panels, plastic trolleys, powder-coated stowages and composite interiors all differ. Where a surface must be left completely clean, a non residue construction is usually the right route.
Numbering and record format
Sequential numbers, barcodes, QR codes or station-specific ranges, and how they are captured into your existing check sheets or systems.
Environment
Temperature range, cleaning chemicals, humidity and pressure cycling all affect adhesion and legibility over a full rotation.
Approvals
Cabin materials can be subject to airline and airworthiness requirements. Tell us the standard you have to meet and we will confirm what we can supply the evidence for rather than assume it.
Next step
Specify it around your operation
Airline checks succeed or fail on whether the seal survives the environment and can be read in seconds. Send us the surface and the procedure and we will specify it with you.
Known requirement
Samples, pricing, artwork and rollout for a product or application you have already identified.
Not sure what will work
Difficult substrate, temperature, line speed or a loss pattern you cannot pin down. Send us the pack and the problem.
