Certified management systems and an independent sustainability assessment behind every tamper evident label and tape we manufacture.
Tamper Technologies Ltd holds ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. Our sustainability performance is separately assessed by EcoVadis, where we currently hold a Silver medal.
Each section below sets out what the standard covers and what it means in practice when you specify product from us. Copies of current certificates are available on request.
Certified management systems
What we are certified to
ISO 9001 — Quality management
ISO 9001 is the most widely recognised quality management standard, published by the International Organization for Standardization. It requires clear, repeatable, documented processes so that a customer receives the same specified product every time.
What it means for you
Constructions, adhesives, die sizes and print are specified and recorded, so a repeat order matches the original. Where something is out of specification there is a defined route to identify it, contain it and correct it.
ISO 14001 — Environmental management
ISO 14001 certification covers how we identify, manage and reduce the environmental impact of our operations, from resource use through to waste.
What it means for you
Environmental performance is managed as a system rather than a claim: impacts are identified, objectives are set and progress is reviewed. Our reported electricity use and carbon reduction targets are published separately on our energy, carbon and environmental progress page.
ISO 45001 — Health & safety management
ISO 45001 covers our Occupational Health & Safety Management System: how risks to the people working in the business are identified, controlled and reviewed.
What it means for you
Safe, controlled manufacturing supports consistent output and a more reliable supply position, because production is not dependent on informal or unmanaged working practices.

Sustainability rating
EcoVadis Silver medal
EcoVadis is a globally recognised business sustainability rating provider. Tamper Technologies Ltd has earned a Silver medal — a recognition awarded to the top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in the 12 months prior to the medal issue date.
The assessment covers environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, and reflects the quality of our sustainability management system rather than a single product claim.

It covers our systems
These certifications cover how we manage quality, environment and safety. They are audited management systems, not a performance claim about an individual label.
Product suitability is separate
Whether a construction suits your pack, temperature range and handling still has to be established for the application. That is what the Security Lab is for.
Regulatory scope is application-specific
Requirements for food contact, pharmaceutical or regulated markets depend on the product and territory. Tell us the requirement and we will confirm what we can support.
