Tamper Evident Vial Labels
A dumbbell-shaped vial secure seal, that wraps a vial cap and shows if the closure has been broken.
Vials are small, valuable and easy to interfere with. The Vial Secure label wraps the cap and neck so the closure cannot be opened without splitting the seal, and consecutive numbering lets a specific vial be tied to a specific batch or dispense record.

Wrapped around the closure
The dumbbell shape is designed so the wider ends bond to the cap and the vial body while the narrow waist crosses the closure. Turning or lifting the cap separates the construction and reveals a void message.

Applied over the closure
Wrapped so the seal spans the cap and the neck of the vial after filling and capping.

Closure disturbed
Any attempt to turn or lift the cap breaks the seal across the waist of the label.

Evidence revealed
A permanent void message is left on the seal, and the consecutive number identifies the vial.
