How it works
What the seal actually tells the customer
Tamper evident constructions separate irreversibly when disturbed, exposing a permanent VOID message that cannot be re-closed to look untouched. They deter interference and make it visible. They do not preserve or certify the product inside, and they do not replace your quality controls.

Specifying it properly
What we need to know to get it right first time
Closure type and substrate
Screw caps, induction-sealed tubs, flexible pouches and coated cartons all behave differently. A sample of the filled pack is the fastest route to a working specification.
Application on the line
Hand, semi-automatic or in-line labeller, and the speed it has to keep up with.
Shelf life and storage
The seal has to still be intact and legible after months of warehousing, transport and retail handling.
Labelling scope
We specify the tamper evident construction. Product claims, ingredient labelling and market-specific regulatory approval remain with you, and we will support the technical detail you need.
