Soluciones de precinto de seguridad para el sector minorista de bienes de consumo
On a shelf, the seal is the only thing that tells a customer the pack is as it left the producer. Tamper evidence protects the product, the brand and the store from interference and disputes.
Used across grocery, general merchandise, apparel and footwear, promotional packs and store replenishment, from the production line to the shop floor and back through returns.

The problem
Where retail products are exposed
01
Shelf interference
Packs opened, sampled or swapped in store.
02
Product substitution
Contents replaced in packaging that still looks sealed.
03
Returns abuse
Used or substituted goods returned as unopened.
04
Replenishment losses
Access between distribution centre, back of store and shelf.
05
High-value lines
Small, expensive items that attract targeted theft.
06
Customer confidence
Shoppers who put back a pack that looks disturbed.
How it works
What the seal does on the shelf
Tamper evident labels and tape separate irreversibly when disturbed, exposing a permanent VOID message. They deter casual interference, reveal it to staff and customers and support returns decisions. They are not a physical barrier and do not replace store security.
01
Sealed in production
Applied over closures, carton openings or garment attachment points at pack-out.
02
Visible on the shelf
Customers and colleagues can see immediately if a pack has been opened.
03
Checked on return
Intact means unused. Voided routes the item to inspection.

Specifying it properly
What we need to know to get it right first time
Substrate and finish
Laminated board, film wraps, moulded plastic and textiles all bond differently, and gloss or soft-touch finishes are harder than they look.
Visibility and wording
Whether the customer should read an explicit warning or simply see a discreet brand seal changes the artwork and the construction.
Line speed and application
Hand, semi-automatic or in-line application at production speed drives format, web width and tolerances.
Store and returns procedure
The seal only pays back if colleagues know what a voided pack means. Agree the procedure before rollout.
Next step
Specify it around your operation
Retail seals are a balance of visibility, finish and cost per pack. Send us the pack and the volume and we will specify it with you.
Known requirement
Samples, pricing, artwork and rollout for a product or application you have already identified.
Not sure what will work
Difficult substrate, temperature, line speed or a loss pattern you cannot pin down. Send us the pack and the problem.
