Soluciones de integridad de las pruebas y de seguridad contra manipulaciones
Evidence is only as strong as the chain of custody around it. Tamper evidence gives every transfer, store and archive a visible, numbered record of whether a bag, box or room has been opened.
Used by police forces, forensic services, laboratories, security teams and legal and archive operations where continuity has to be demonstrable, not assumed.

The problem
Where continuity of evidence breaks down
01
Transfers between parties
Items moving between officers, couriers, laboratories and storage.
02
Long-term archive
Boxes and files stored for years with no record of intervening access.
03
Shared storage
Rooms, lockers and cabinets accessed by multiple authorised people.
04
Undocumented access
Legitimate openings that were never logged, which look identical to interference.
05
Challenge in proceedings
Continuity questioned because there is no physical record of the seal.
06
Reusable containers
Pouches and cases that must be resealed cleanly for the next use.
How it works
What a numbered seal gives you
Each seal carries a unique number and separates irreversibly if disturbed, exposing a permanent VOID message. Recording the number at every transfer creates a physical audit trail that supports your continuity record. The seal evidences access; it does not prevent it.
01
Sealed and recorded
Number written into the custody record at the point of sealing.
02
Transferred and checked
Each recipient confirms the number and that the seal is intact before signing.
03
Opened deliberately
Authorised opening voids the seal, a new seal is applied and the new number is recorded.

Key applications
Evidence integrity applications
Sealing and numbering so custody can be demonstrated after the event, not just claimed.

Evidence Pouch Secure Labels
Numbered seals on evidence bags and pouches, matched to the exhibit record.

Archive Box Secure Labels
Long-term storage seals for records and exhibit boxes handled by many people.
View solution →
Etiquetas de seguridad para documentos
Seals for sensitive documents and files where access has to be evidenced.
View solution →
Room Secure Labels
Sealing a room or cabinet so any entry between checks is visible.
View solution →
Vehicle Secure Labels
Sealing a seized or held vehicle so access during storage can be identified.
View solution →
Evidence integrity bag tape
The bag tape construction used where a sealed bag has to hold up later.

Something not on this list
If your pack, surface or operation is not covered here, send us the pack and the problem and we will specify it.
Put it through the Security Lab →Products typically specified
What evidence operations usually specify
Numbered document seals
Custom numbered labels for files, exhibits and document wallets.
Archive box seals
Standard tamper evident tape for long-term archive cartons.
Room and cabinet seals
Permanent labels across doors, lockers and cabinet joints.
Non residue options
Non residue labels for reusable cases and equipment that must stay clean.
Vehicle and transfer
Vehicle and door security labels for transport between sites.
Specifying it properly
What we need to know to get it right first time
Numbering scheme
Sequential ranges per force, unit or site, barcodes or QR codes, and whether numbers must be captured into an existing case management system.
Surface and removal
Polythene bags, corrugate, painted doors, metal lockers and plastic cases all bond differently, and reusable items usually need a clean-removal construction.
Storage duration and conditions
Archive seals may need to remain legible and bonded for years, including in unheated or humid storage.
Procedure
The seal is one part of continuity. The procedure that records numbers at every transfer is what turns it into an audit trail, so we specify wording and format around how your teams actually work.
Next step
Specify it around your operation
Continuity problems are usually procedural as much as material. Send us the container, the surface and the way your custody record works and we will specify the seal around it.
Known requirement
Samples, pricing, artwork and rollout for a product or application you have already identified.
Not sure what will work
Difficult substrate, temperature, line speed or a loss pattern you cannot pin down. Send us the pack and the problem.
