Envases con precinto de seguridad para el sector agrícola

Agricultural inputs and produce move through long, dispersed chains with limited supervision. Tamper evidence protects sample integrity, deters substitution and gives every consignment a visible check.

Used on agrochemical containers, seed and feed packaging, produce cartons, biosecurity controls and sampling programmes across farms, merchants and processors.

Agricultural packaging secured with a tamper evident label

The problem

Where agricultural supply chains are exposed

01

Counterfeit inputs

Agrochemicals and seed refilled or substituted with unauthorised product.

02

Sample integrity

Samples that must be demonstrably unaltered between field and laboratory.

03

Biosecurity controls

Sealed areas, vehicles and consignments in disease-control conditions.

04

Produce in transit

Cartons and pallets handled by multiple hauliers and packhouses.

05

Outdoor conditions

Dust, moisture, UV and temperature swings that defeat standard adhesives.

06

Dispersed sites

Remote locations with no supervision between handovers.

How it works

What tamper evidence does in the field

Constructions separate irreversibly when disturbed, exposing a permanent VOID message. They deter refilling and substitution and make interference visible on arrival. They do not physically secure a container and they are not a substitute for statutory biosecurity controls.

01

Sealed at source

Applied at fill, pack or sampling, by hand or on the line.

02

Survives the journey

Constructions selected for outdoor exposure, dust and moisture.

03

Checked on receipt

Merchant, processor or laboratory can confirm the consignment was not opened.

Products typically specified

What agricultural operations usually specify

Container and drum seals

Tamper evident labels for agrochemical containers, caps and closures.

Sampling seals

Custom labels with numbering, barcodes, QR codes and bespoke artwork.

Anti-counterfeit constructions

Custom security artwork with numbering and covert or overt features.

Carton and case tape

Standard tamper evident tape for outer cartons and shippers.

Pallet and unit loads

Pallet secure tape for whole-load evidence between sites.

Paper and recyclable routes

Paper tamper evident tape where a single-material outer is the objective.

Specifying it properly

What we need to know to get it right first time

Substrate and outdoor exposure

HDPE drums, woven sacks, coated board and film all bond differently, and UV, dust and rain change how a seal performs over weeks rather than hours.

Temperature at application

Cold stores, chilled produce and outdoor filling in winter are all different adhesive problems.

Sampling procedure

Where a seal supports a sample chain, the numbering and the record are as important as the material.

Volume and format

Hand application at remote sites versus machine application at a packhouse drives roll format and web width.

Next step

Specify it around your operation

Agricultural seals usually fail on surface or weather rather than design. Send us the container and the conditions and we will specify it with you.

Known requirement

Samples, pricing, artwork and rollout for a product or application you have already identified.

Not sure what will work

Difficult substrate, temperature, line speed or a loss pattern you cannot pin down. Send us the pack and the problem.
